Research interests
- Synthesis & linkage of drugs
- ···
Recent work is focused on some topics in the design and synthesis of novel linkers in multi-target drugs (ADCs, DELs, and PROTECs), and the aim is to achieve the intelligent linkage and release of drug conjugates. Interests are also including the construction of key frameworks with biological activities, and the modification of medicinal intermediates.
