Current work related to some topics in the application of new drug delivery systems based on nanotechnology, mainly focused on the designs of targeted drug delivery systems using endogenous transport mechanism, and designs of targeted therapy strategies triggered by microenvironment to achieve targeted delivery and targeted release of drugs. Interests are also including the drug molecular design and synthesis, biological evaluation and function.
